Pick a style, any style!
Pick a style or theme and coordinate all the elements of your events to it.

For instance, we get orders for a matching photo album, guest book and kneeling pillow with Cinderella on them all the time.”

Choose your crew with care
At the reception hall, there will be several areas for your decorating crew to cover, so you’ll want to have reliable friends and family members to help you out. Have them start with the entryway, the stage, DJ booth, the individual tables, the head table, the area behind the head table and any serving areas. There may be more other areas, too, but, for those, stick to the basics. The layout of the site will determine exactly what areas you’ll need to decorate.

Table decorations may be simple, such as a plain tablecloth with a small centerpiece, or elaborate, linen tablecloths, fresh flower centerpieces, table cards, and draped seats. There could also be candlesticks and charger plates.

Special guests, special treatment
Your head table can have seating for just you, your parents and godparents, or it may also include all of your attendants. Padrinos, grandparents, siblings and any other important guests will also be seated in prominent positions at or near the head table. The head table and padrino tables may have special decorations, with guests tables decorated in a similar but slightly less fancy manner.
